As one can imagine, grad school can be full of fun and excitement, but it is also no small feat. Gone are the days of free time and social lives. Instead, say hello to late nights of reading and writing those super awesome Resiliency and First Year Papers. As you embark on this journey, it  is vitally important to take care of yourself.  Keep your mind and body healthy, get enough sleep, and make time for a little fun (happy hours included!). Also, at the very least, lean on your peers and mentors for support!
